Material Specifications
- 100% Genuine Premium Leather: Handcrafted from top-grain leather that offers superior durability compared to synthetic alternatives.
- Vibration Dampening: The natural density of the leather acts as a buffer, significantly reducing handlebar buzz for a more comfortable ride.
- Handmade Excellence: Each wrap is hand-cut and finished, ensuring a unique, high-quality artisanal touch for your motorcycle.
- Evolution Over Time: Unlike rubber, this leather develops a rich patina as it ages, getting better and more characterful with every mile.
- All-Weather 3M Adhesive: Backed with industrial-strength 3M heavy-duty tape to ensure the wrap remains securely bonded in rain, heat, or cold.
- Tactile Grip: Provides a natural, non-slip texture that enhances control and feel, especially when using riding gloves.
Do-It-Yourself Installation:
You don't need a mechanic—just wrap it over your existing handlebar grips and you are ready to roll:
- Preparation: Clean your existing grips. Remove a small part of the 3M tape cover from the leather wrap.
- Starting Point: Place the thin end of the grip on the far end (outer edge) of the handlebar and press firmly.
- The Wrap: Start wrapping by removing the tape cover gradually as you go, ensuring a tight and even overlap.
- Finishing: Wrap until the near end. If there is extra length, simply cut it with a sharp knife or blade.
- Final Seal: Use the extra finishing tape provided in the box to secure the edge for a professional look.
